Rebecca redesigned our Graduate Situational Judgement Test, which we need to help us sift the volume of applications we receive for our Graduate schemes at E.ON.

Individual Candidate Assessment


Our individual candidate assessment package typically comprises a one-off deep-dive psychometric profiling of individuals.

    • This includes a personality questionnaire (such as WAVE, OPQ) or a targeted measure (such as Strengthscope or Hogan Development Survey or Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire).
    • A 1-hour validation interview and feedback to the hiring manager, focusing on the candidate in relation specifically to the role and your business, including their strengths and their risk areas for consideration.

Bespoke Recruitment & Selection Assessment


We also design bespoke strengths and competency-based assessment centres for recruitment and selection.

These typically comprise of a range of job simulation exercises designed uniquely for your business and your challenges.

This can include:

  • Strengths or competency based interview questions
  • A role-play, group discussion, analysis and/or presentation exercises.

We train your team in how to administer and score these so there are no ongoing support costs from us; unless you would like a helping hand in which case we can provide assessors, one-to-one feedback to all candidates and bespoke candidate reports.

We can also provide HR training for staff development in line with best practice methods of recruitment.

We can help with job analysis, job simulation assessment exercise design, interview question design and interviewing techniques such as ORCE and STAR. As well as strengths-based interview techniques.
