Deep-Dive Leadership Assessment
Our leadership assessment package typically comprises a one-off deep-dive psychometric profiling of individuals.
- This includes a personality questionnaire (such as WAVE or OPQ) or a targeted measure (such as Strengthscope or Hogan Development Survey or Leadership Styles or Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire).
- A 1 to 1.5 hour validation interview focusing on the candidate in relation specifically to the role and your business, including their strengths and their risk areas for consideration.
- A bespoke report capturing the candidate’s strengths, risks and development areas and feedback to the hiring manager/panel before final interview.
